Save time by making your own homemade shawarma spice blend to season meats and vegetables. This recipe is easy, reliable, and comes together in a little time. I use it to season both Chicken shawarma as well as beef shawarma.
Combine all the ground spices in a small bowl and transfer to a spice jar.
Notes
For optimal flavor, use within 6 months. Though you may think spices can last for a long time, they begin to lose their aroma and flavor after 6 months. Store the spice jar in a cool dry place like a cupboard or pantry.Don’t add any salt to the blend, as this will affect the amount of salt needed when seasoning your meat.
