Why This Meal Plan Works

- Grilled Salmon Kabobs are the seafood centerpiece this grill plan deserves. Cubed salmon is marinated in a Mediterranean spice blend and cooked quickly over high heat until the outside is lightly charred and the inside is just barely done.
