Thursday: Roasted Fall Vegetable Salad with Tahini Yogurt

Steeped in history, Jerusalem Bagels are actually quite easy to make using standard pantry staples. Delicious and comforting, bake up a batch and enjoy them with zaโatar, labneh, hummus, cream cheese, or with butter and jam.
My Pistachio Cheesecake has a buttery graham cracker and pistachio crust, a creamy pistachio filling, and a silky pistachio topping. I bake it in a water bath and let it cool gradually for a smooth, rich cheesecake thatโs worth planning ahead for. Excellent for a special dinner, brunch or special occasion, and honestly not that hard to make.
