Hello and welcome to Urban Farm and Kitchen. A food website and recipe destination founded by Luay Ghafari in 2019.
Urban Farm and Kitchen began with a small garden, a few tomato plants, and a craving for the flavors of home. Our mission is to bring those two worlds together: the garden that grounds us and the kitchen that feeds us.
We share seasonal recipes rooted in Eastern Mediterranean and Levantine traditions, along with easy baking recipes and preservation ideas that anyone can try.
