    Levantine Recipes

    Levantine cuisine refers to the culinary traditions of the Levant region (Bilad al-Sham), which encompasses countries such as Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Palestine. This vibrant and diverse cuisine is renowned for its rich flavors, fresh ingredients, and a harmonious blend of influences from Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Arabic culinary traditions. And of course, it's the cuisine I grew up with and love so much.

    Not sure where to start? Here are a few Levantine recipes to get you going hummus with blistered cherry tomatoes, Mutabal (roasted eggplant dip), and Labneh balls.
